Our products all undergo rigorous internal and external checks across critical control points. Prior to final inspection, our kernel products are electronically defect graded, sized, cracked, and colour sorted.
We pack to EU and US industry standards as well as having capability to meet individual customer specifications.

In the Domokos region, our walnuts thrive in the climate with a cool summer and cold winter. The trees enjoying drip irrigation and fertigation systems to ensure strong, healthy trees and a large, full nut of light colour. In our orchards the nuts mature slowly, which allows the walnut oils extra time to develop. These walnuts have a natural sweetness and lovely colour.

Almonds from our associate company PELMONDS which owns extensive almond orchards in Ypati area. This is next to the Sperchios river which ensures a light breeze day and night to help the nuts grow slowly and develop their full flavours.
